What you achieve
- You ensure and further develop nursing quality together with professional development, nursing management, and education

- You advise and support patients in a person-centred manner, especially in complex situations
- You support the care teams as well as internal and external network partners with your professional expertise and contribute to quality assurance, evaluation, and audits
- In addition, you also bring your professional expertise directly into nursing practice and regularly work in direct patient care
What distinguishes you
- You are a qualified nurse and hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MScN)
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in nursing as well as knowledge or a special interest in urology and interdisciplinary nursing
- You want not only to contribute your expertise but also to actively help shape the further development of our departments. You are enthusiastic about new ideas, constructively question the status quo, and enjoy exploring new paths together
