About the job
The Bruggwiesen Retirement and Nursing Center in Effretikon offers a home to around 167 people in the third and fourth phases of life. We accompany and support the residents with respect for their individuality, life experience, and abilities. Our modern center and the external residential group provide space for different living arrangements and various specialized care and support services. In total, we employ around 270 staff members.

Deputy Management and Specialist Responsibility Residential Group 70 - 100% (a) starting immediately or by arrangement

In this exciting job
- you have the unique opportunity to help shape the professional development of the team in collaboration and to grow into leadership activities
- you represent the ward manager during their absence
- you professionally care for and support our residents in all shifts except night shifts, involving relatives
- you strive for a high quality of care and support and assist employees of all training levels in this development
- preparation and conduct of nursing case discussions
- together with the ward manager and the nursing expert, you plan the professional development on the ward and implement care and support concepts
What you bring
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH
- Enjoyment of leadership activities to support the ward manager
- In-depth professional knowledge and experience in gerontological or geriatric care
(NDK, CAS or willingness to complete these) - Active participation in the nursing specialist group
- RAI knowledge is an advantage
- User knowledge of common Office tools
- Very good communication skills and flair for good interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
