Espace de vie SA is an institution managing the medico-social establishments (EMS) of La Châtelaine in Vernier and Saint-Loup in Versoix. Approximately 100 employees are engaged per institution.
To complete its team, the EMS Saint Loup, which accommodates 84 residents including 4 UATR, is looking for:
A 100% Nurse Team Leader
Mission and responsibilities:
In service of the institutional project, as a manager of the care team, the person will have to collaborate with and assist the Head Nurse in:
- managing a team of approximately 30 employees
- clinical follow-up of residents to ensure quality care and residents’ well-being
- managing admissions and departures of residents in collaboration with families, doctors and other services of the institution
- developing and implementing interdisciplinary and institutional projects
Profile sought
Qualifications and skills:
- HES diploma in nursing with Swiss practice rights and 5 years of professional experience
- Postgraduate training/certification in management essential with 3 years of successful experience in a similar or deemed equivalent role,
- Clinical experience in geriatrics or psychogeriatrics,
- Additional clinical training in palliative care, cognitive disorders, or other.
- PLAISIR/PLEX evaluator an asset
- Good project management skills: organisation, planning, monitoring and coordination
- Very good analytical and synthesis skills, organisational sense and excellent priority management and anticipation
- Very good ability to collaborate interdisciplinarily
- Very good aptitude to manage a team and work in interprofessional settings
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good interpersonal skills, open-mindedness and ability to promote change
- Proficiency in common software (Microsoft Office) and care-specific applications,
