What you can achieve
Automate business processes with Power BI, Power Automate or Power Platform
Support and accompany both existing and new projects
Work with Manufacturing Equipment Systems (MES) and databases
Create process flows according to BPMN 2.0 and drive digitalization (Process Mining, Citizen Development and Business Analysis) forward
Combine technical know-how with business thinking and put theory into practice (Requirement Engineering)
Learn from us how to engage different stakeholders to achieve successful impact (Change Management)
What you bring
Completed gymnasium-level Matura (requirements for admission to the University of Applied Sciences FHNW/ZHAW)
Openness, proactivity and self-motivation
Strong communication skills and social competence
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
Fluent German (at least C1), knowledge of English (B1)
