Together with our client, an innovative manufacturing company, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Group Controller 80-100%. In this key role, you take on responsibility, actively shape processes and make a visible contribution to the company’s success. The workplace in the Bern region convinces with its central location and is very easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer

• You take over the consolidated financial reporting according to Swiss GAAP FER and ensure transparent, meaningful reports
• With the monthly reporting, you create a reliable decision-making basis for management and other stakeholders
• Within the framework of investment controlling, you analyse planned use of funds and contribute to increasing efficiency
• Additionally, you actively participate in budget and medium-term planning and thus support the strategic orientation of the company

You offer your new employer

• You have completed further training in the financial sector, e.g. as a certified expert in accounting and controlling or as a certified business economist HF/FH
• Your several years of experience in consolidation, controlling or auditing form a solid foundation for this position
• You communicate confidently in German and/or French and have good knowledge of the other language; your IT affinity makes it easier for you to handle modern tools
• A solution-oriented mindset, high service orientation and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment characterise you
