The Zurich University of Teacher Education actively shapes education, school, and teaching of today and tomorrow in teaching and research. The Department of Students and Cross-sectional Tasks is responsible for overarching tasks and projects within the Vice-Rectorate for Education. In addition to the Chancellor's Office, admissions, and study organization, the International Office, professional aptitude, and the psychological counseling center are also located here.
This is what you will do.
- Preparatory work for the re-association of PH Zurich with Erasmus+
- Cleaning up and adjusting documents and processes
- Adjusting workflows, templates, and forms in the mobility tool Mobility Online
- Digitization of processes for the extension of exchange agreements
- Development of a digital workflow for the approval process of mobilities
- Support of further activities and tasks in the International Office
This is what you bring with you.
- Commercial training
- Experience in the higher education sector and ideally in the area of student mobility (preferably experience with the processes of the Swiss-European Mobility Programme (SEMP) or Erasmus+)
- Solid IT application knowledge, ideally experience with the mobility tool Mobility Online and/or other databases
- Confident German and excellent English language skills in spoken and written form
- Quick comprehension and independent, efficient, and careful working style
- Open and team-oriented personality
Desired working days: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
