- General university entrance qualification (Abitur) / subject-specific university entrance qualification / advanced technical college entrance qualification / Maturity certificate (Switzerland)
- Team and communication skills
- Good PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- High motivation and willingness to learn
- Good English skills
- Affinity for technology
- Strong technical understanding
- Good school performance in science subjects
- Interest in the design and development of electrical engineering systems
