What you can look forward to:

• Active role in the training, guidance and support of students, apprentices and interns in nursing
• Proactive design of training in everyday professional life and taking on tasks in the areas of planning, implementation and evaluation
• Organisation and conduct of qualification and location discussions within the framework of nursing training
• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday during early shifts as well as largely flexible design of working days
• By creating and shaping a learning-promoting environment, a significant contribution is made to high training and nursing quality
• Financial support from the clinic as well as provision of time resources for training as a trainer with SVEB certificate

We are pleased about:

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
• Pedagogical further training SVEB I or willingness to complete it
• At least two years of professional experience as a qualified nurse HF/FH
• Enjoyment in accompanying and promoting learners and students
• Independent, responsible and team-oriented way of working
