In this key position, you will sustainably influence the development of nursing within our organisation. You will support staff in complex care situations, further develop professional standards, and directly apply current scientific findings in practice. The role is based on the roles and competencies of the Advanced Practice Nurse (APN).

We are looking for a structured and proactive individual as

Nursing Expert BSc/MSc/MAS 50-60 %

These tasks await you

• Professional responsibility for nursing quality and the nursing process
• Promotion and implementation of evidence-based nursing in practice
• Coaching, advising and training staff
• Further development of standards, concepts and quality instruments
• Organisation and conduct of further training, case discussions and specialist meetings
• Clinical specialist advice in complex care situations
• Initiation of quality and development projects

You bring with you

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, ideally with a Master’s degree or willingness to undertake appropriate further training
• Professional experience
• Enjoyment of quality development, knowledge transfer and interprofessional collaboration
• Strong advisory, coaching and moderation skills as well as conceptual strength
