Gather, formalise and prioritise business needs (workshops, interviews, documentation).
Write functional specifications (use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria).
Facilitate collaborative workshops with stakeholders.
Monitor project implementation with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Participate in functional design, particularly in the digitisation of business processes.
Contribute to data analysis (quality, traceability, security) and structuring.
Write user guides and functional documentation.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis.
Mandatory IT training.
Proficiency in writing functional specifications in UML and BPMN.
Confirmed experience with Agile management tools (JIRA).
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments (minimum 3 years).
Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
Familiarity with the HERMES method.
Experience in the public sector or complex administrative environments.
Service-oriented and user-focused.
Ability to facilitate, unite, listen and synthesise.
Autonomy, rigour, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
