We have been commissioned to find a strong leadership and entrepreneurial-minded personality for the Aargau region. You will take on a versatile role with overall responsibility for the Oberentfelden location.

Your Tasks

Overall responsibility for the operational, personnel and economic management of the Aargau branch, including control of budget, results and capacity utilisation
Scheduling, daily and weekly planning in close cooperation with the technical office
Deployment planning of the 8 to 10 employees, or the marking teams
Consulting and support of existing customers as well as targeted acquisition of new orders and their support until successful implementation
Maintenance and expansion of relationships with municipalities, cities and other partners
Ensuring quality, deadlines and occupational safety

Your Profile

Several years of experience in an operational leadership role, ideally in a craft, technical or construction-related environment
Proven leadership personality with clear, binding and practical communication
Willingness to familiarise yourself with marking technology, signalling and the relevant standards
Strong customer and market orientation as well as enjoyment of acquisition
Knowledge of the public sector market is an advantage
Good understanding of business management contexts, budgets and key figures
Organisational talent and an independent, solution-oriented working style
