The Solothurn Center Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies, and promotes people with disabilities of all age groups as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses, and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing, and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.

What to expect
- Support in designing a meaningful individual daily routine as well as needs-oriented leisure activities for people with multiple disabilities
- Carrying out small nursing and household tasks in everyday life
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other professional areas
Your profile
- Completed training as a nursing assistant (SRK), nursing assistant, or assistant Health and Social Services
Professional experience in health and social services and a special flair for working with
people with disabilitiesGood communication and writing skills as well as very good knowledge of German
- High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
- Good IT application skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
