Employee Events & Trade Fairs (m/f/d) 100% with Driving Licence Cat. C/CE

• Delivery and assembly/disassembly of event materials at promotions, congresses, trade fair appearances, events, etc. throughout Switzerland
• Active participation and responsibility for the setup and dismantling of event materials
• Contact person for customers on site and, if necessary, taking over the leadership of small teams
• Proper storage and handling of trade fair materials as well as carrying out and organising minor repairs
• Careful packaging, transport and storage of customer materials in cooperation with the logistics team
• Contributing feasible and creative improvement suggestions

• Completed basic craft training
• Several years of experience in trade fair construction and event implementation
• Driving licence category C/CE
• Willingness to acquire category C1/C1E
• Forklift licence or willingness to acquire one
• Manual dexterity and good comprehension
• Proficient use of MS Office and digital tools
• Willingness to travel and work weekends (seasonal peaks)
• Quality-oriented, team-capable, resilient and flexible personality
• Customer-friendly and well-groomed appearance
• German as mother tongue, French and Italian advantageous
• Experienced use of smartphone/tablet for daily tasks
• Willingness to assist at other locations or work areas
