To strengthen our team at our foundry in Trimbach, we are looking for a

Maintenance Team Leader 100%

As an innovative company, we ensure throughout Switzerland that drinking water flows in buildings. For this purpose, we develop, produce and distribute pioneering complete solutions for sanitary and heating technology with around 500 employees.

Your tasks

• Technical leadership of two employees as well as planning, organisation and execution of revision and maintenance work
• Responsibility for the timely execution of maintenance work as well as compliance with cost, quality and safety requirements
• Ensuring plant availability and guaranteeing safety as well as troubleshooting production equipment
• Carrying out modification and optimisation tasks
• Creating maintenance documentation and training employees
• Ensuring optimal documentation and planning of activities using maintenance software
• Close cooperation with the maintenance management, maintenance planning and production departments
• Taking on on-call duty

Your profile

• Proven experience in maintenance, automation or mechatronics
• Further training as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
• Knowledge of control and/or electrical engineering
• Leadership experience in a comparable environment
• Team-oriented personality with high social competence
• Residence permit according to NIV Art. 15 or willingness to complete the corresponding training
