Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing with High Personal Responsibility

• Set up, program and operate CNC-controlled machines
• Reliably carry out initial samples, intermediate inspections and final checks
• Ensure product quality and actively optimise manufacturing processes
• Perform maintenance work and support stable machine operation

• Completed training as a polymechanic or equivalent
• Several years of experience in a similar role in industry
• Good knowledge of Lean as well as a structured, independent and reliable working style
• Very good German skills and willingness to work shifts and be on call
