YOUR TASKS IN THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- Checking and clarifying the jurisdiction and financial claims of applicants according to the Social Assistance Act, the SKOS guidelines, and the Asylum Care Ordinance
- Supporting those in need in asserting claims against social and private insurance, employers, and other third parties
- Advising individuals and families in difficult life situations and initiating first individual measures and assistance in the health, education, or labor integration sector
- Diverse administrative tasks as well as writing reports and decisions
YOUR PROFILE IS A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- have a degree as a social worker FH or an equivalent qualification as well as professional experience in social assistance.
- bring good knowledge of social security and an interest in legal and financial issues.
- have a flair for administrative tasks and find it easy to write reports and applications.
- convince with an efficient and precise working style in addition to your professional qualifications and stand out with your communicative and service-oriented nature.
