What kind of polymechanic are we looking for at Reiden Technik AG?

Do you love precision and technical challenges? With us, you take responsibility for programming, setting up and machining demanding large workpieces on state-of-the-art CNC machines. With your eye for quality and efficiency, you develop processes further and actively contribute your ideas to our production. Then we look forward to hearing from you!

Your main tasks include:

• You independently set up, programme and operate our modern CNC milling and turning centres and ensure a smooth production process
• You manufacture demanding precision components for single parts and series and bring complex workpieces from CAM programming to the finished component to perfection.
• You create and optimise CAM programmes as well as machining strategies with regard to quality, efficiency and machining time.
• You carry out quality and dimensional inspections, monitor production processes and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our production workflows.
• You participate in exciting technical projects, develop innovative manufacturing solutions and benefit from attractive shift allowances and additional flexibility in everyday life in the 2-shift operation.

Your profile:

• You have a completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ and feel at home on 5-axis CNC machining centres with Heidenhain controls.
• CAM programming (Mastercam) as well as setting up and optimising CNC machining are part of your daily work.
• Demanding components motivate you and bring out your strengths.
• You work independently, precisely and reliably, have a high quality awareness and like to take responsibility.
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
