EMEA S&P Client Account Sourcing Manager (m/f/d)
Shape the future of strategic procurement
Become part of JLL as an EMEA S&P Client Account Sourcing Manager (m/f/d) and take the lead in strategic procurement for a significant Workplace Management account. This is your chance to drive sourcing excellence, build sustainable supplier partnerships, and create measurable added value across the EMEA region.
What makes this position special:
- Strategic responsibility & leadership You develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies for all Workplace Management service areas. As the head of a dedicated S&P team, you ensure top performance and represent JLL in key client meetings and committees. Your leadership skills are crucial for achieving all S&P goals and significant cost savings.
- Comprehensive procurement management From RFP management through offer analysis to contract negotiations and compliance monitoring – you manage the entire procurement process. In close collaboration with Account Directors, Facility Managers and Client Governance teams, you ensure smooth service delivery. You manage supplier relationships with JLL’s preferred partners, monitor performance based on framework agreements, and maintain up-to-date supplier documentation.
- Performance reporting & analysis You prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly business reviews with status updates, savings achievements, analyses and risk management. Using procurement platforms such as Jaggaer, you track regional savings and provide KPI-based reports for informed decision-making.
- Supplier excellence & innovation You qualify and onboard suppliers according to JLL’s strict compliance and risk management standards. You build strategic relationships with multinational suppliers in the EMEA region and conduct site visits and supplier evaluations as needed. Supporting transformation activities, audits and account transitions are core tasks.
- ESG & continuous improvement In collaboration with our S&P ESG lead, you develop and manage the ESG strategy for your account. You ensure all policies and processes comply with country-specific requirements, support training initiatives and promote best practices within the team. Your input to stakeholder surveys helps us continuously improve our service delivery.
What convinces us about you:
- 5–10 years of experience in strategic procurement or sourcing, ideally in Integrated Facility Management (IFM)
- Proven success in collaborating with suppliers in the EMEA region and building strategic partnerships with multinational companies
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing protocols, especially for service contracts
- Experience leading strategic procurement teams and managing complex client accounts
- Strategic thinking with strong organisational understanding and commercial acumen
- Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills with proven success in achieving savings targets
- Strong analytical, financial and project management-related skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build sustainable stakeholder relationships
- Creative problem-solving skills with innovative approaches to procurement challenges
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional Western European languages are an advantage
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and procurement platforms (Jaggaer experience is beneficial)
- Deep understanding of IFM services and supplier environments
