Responsibilities

• Analyse the client’s specifications (private or public).
• Study and propose technical and economic alternatives.
• Prepare measurements according to plans or BIM model.
• Calculate all trades, prepare offers.
• Consult and supervise contractors for the preparation of quotes.
• Participate in coordination meetings and validation of technical choices.
• Write technical descriptions and methodology.
• Transmit technical and contractual elements.
• Collaborate with Site Managers and/or Project Managers.
• Update the price library and ensure technical and regulatory monitoring.

You bring

• Training as a construction economist or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in the construction field.
• Solid TCE experience on large-scale projects.
• Good command of IT tools including ATTIC+.
• Proven experience in multi-technical collaboration.
• Rigor, precision, strong organisation.
• Good analytical and reasoning skills.
