Plastics Technologist as Setup Operator in Multi-Shift Operation

You are responsible for programming and setting up injection molding machines and handling devices as well as their peripherals. As a plastics technologist, you also sample injection molding tools under guidance or independently and actively participate in the continuous improvement process.

These tasks require training as a plastics technologist as well as several years of experience in plastic injection molding technology. System experience with Arburg, Engel, and Netstal injection molding machines, Sepro, Wittmann, and GHS automation as well as 6-axis robots is certainly an advantage for this role. You are used to working independently, precisely, and cleanly, have a high quality awareness, and are a team-oriented personality. Willingness to work in multi-shift operation (including night shifts) is also required.
