The Zug Cantonal Hospital serves the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1,200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatients and more than 70,000 outpatients. In the interdisciplinary emergency centre, more than 27,500 people are treated annually. For our Human Resources department, we are looking for a competent and proactive HR Department Manager (m/f) from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.Your tasks
- Responsibility for the entire employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, development, offboarding) for specialist departments and various clinics
- Participation in the implementation and further development of HR strategies, processes and projects
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on all personnel-related matters
- Accompanying change processes and organisational developments, as well as health management
Your profile
- Completed commercial training as well as HR-specific further education, preferably with a federal diploma
- Several years of relevant practical experience, preferably in an acute hospital
- Proven know-how in the entire HR life cycle
- High IT affinity (Opale, PEP, UKA etc.)
- Strong consulting and change management skills
- Team-oriented, straightforward, loyal and trustworthy personality
