Area of responsibility

• You independently drive the development of new products for our B2B customers, from concept to initial production
• You optimise and simplify existing recipes thanks to sound knowledge of raw materials
• You lead development projects across departments and ensure seamless digital documentation
• You actively shape and improve processes in the department and production
• You incorporate customer wishes and your own ideas into innovative product concepts

Requirements profile

• You have training as a baker/confectioner with further education as a food technician HF, engineer FH or BSc in food technology / science, as well as several years of professional experience
• You bring experience in the development of semi-finished products in the B2B sector
• You have experience in the methodical and independent implementation of development projects
• You are familiar with GHP and HACCP requirements as well as MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
• You communicate confidently in German and English, French skills are welcome
