To complete its team, the Faculty of Business and Economics for its IT Service is looking for an IT assistant - testing, inventory & support.

Start date: 01.08.2026
Contract duration: 5 months, until 31.12.2026
Work rate: 40%
Workplace: Internef, Lausanne Chamberonne
Your activities
In your activities, you will be required to:
- Design and execute test scenarios and user stories on the Faculty's applications
- Participate in the qualification and follow-up of anomaly corrections in close collaboration with the development team
- Carry out the inventory of computer equipment
- Perform minor maintenance and local IT support tasks and maintain documentation
Your profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- Good IT skills in Windows and macOS environments: office software, installation, configuration and first-level troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques
- Familiarity with request and ticket/anomaly tracking tools
- Good writing skills for documentation
- Rigour, precision and concern for quality of work
- Autonomy, organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Interpersonal skills: listening to users' needs and a collaborative spirit with the IT team
