Our client is an established non-profit organisation in healthcare that professionally supports people of different ages with health limitations and enables them to live a self-determined life in their familiar environment. With around 160 employees at several locations, the organisation is one of the larger providers in the field of outpatient care. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed and professionally competent person as a Nurse HF/FH for the Competence Centre Psychiatry.

Nurse HF/FH for the Competence Centre Psychiatry

- Contribution of expertise in outpatient psychiatric care

- Independent management of the entire nursing process

- Conducting needs assessments according to interRAI-CMH

- Collaboration with relatives, doctors, clinics and specialist agencies

- Representation of colleagues internally and externally

- Commitment in committees of the Competence Centre Psychiatry

- Participation in the further development of the Competence Centre

- Diploma as Nurse HF/FH with a focus on psychiatry

- Several years of professional experience in inpatient psychiatry

- Ideally existing ZSR number

- Experience with needs assessments according to interRAI-CMH

- Independent and responsible way of working

- Enjoyment of a varied, dynamic working environment

- Team spirit and commitment in committees

- Driving licence category B, ideally own vehicle
