Your tasks:

• Leading a group of 2-5 employees
• Participation and ensuring the quality of completed work
• Implementation of target specifications together with site management
• Handling material and ordering processes
• Digital reporting of completed work
• Applying and enforcing occupational safety and health protection

Your profile:

• Basic training as a plasterer (desired)
• Professional and leadership experience as a foreman in facade construction
• Solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Good knowledge of German
• PC user skills (Microsoft 365)
• Openness to new things and interest in further training
• Employment according to the Swiss national collective labour agreement for the construction industry
