YOUR MISSION

• Product portfolio management: You take care of maintaining and continuously developing our AC charging system portfolio with a future-oriented approach.

• Requirements & specifications: You analyse and gather all relevant product and customer requirements, document them in structured specifications, and coordinate them with stakeholders as binding development foundations.

• Design of electrical systems: You plan and dimension low-voltage main distributions (LVMD), sub-distributions, and data distribution systems on site, select components, and create the system architecture including documentation.

• Interface function & sales support: As the central contact person, you answer internal and external questions in the AC area. You also analyse AC customer tenders and derive product proposals for the sales team.

• Document & standards management: You create, update, and release product documents (CE declarations, operating and maintenance manuals, etc.). You analyse new national and international standards for gaps and initiate compliance projects.

• Project management & co-development: You manage AC projects from definition to market launch (time, budget, quality). You take on partial developments yourself or work closely with colleagues and external partners.

• Testing & reporting: You accompany certification processes until approval and continuously report on project status and risks to the team lead hardware development.
  
  

  YOUR ENERGISED PROFILE

  • Professional training: A successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, energy technology, or a comparable, solid technical qualification.

  • Expertise & product know-how: In-depth knowledge of the technical function, system architecture, and components of AC charging stations. Ideally, you have already gained relevant experience in the e-mobility sector.

  • Regulatory competence: Solid experience with CE marking, relevant IEC and EN standards, as well as common market-appropriate approval requirements.

  • Project management & tools: Proficient use of project methods
    (e.g. Scrum, Kanban or classic) and confident handling of technical editing tools for precise preparation of complex content.

  • Working style & analytics: A pronounced analytical mindset to quickly understand market needs. You enjoy working independently, are flexible, and approach topics proactively.

  • Communication & language: You are strong in communication and moderation in exchanges with purchasing, sales, and authorities. You have business fluent German skills and good English skills (at least B2).
