Nursing Specialist FH/HF Residential Care IV 50 - 100%

• You ensure professional, individual, and resource-oriented care and support of the residents and regularly take on shift responsibility.
• You conduct nursing assessments, plan and evaluate care processes, and document them professionally.
• You recognise changes in health status early and initiate appropriate measures.
• You share responsibility for medical rounds, medication management, and the implementation of complex medical and medical-technical measures.
• You take on key worker duties and collaborate with relatives, legal representatives, and specialist agencies.
• You support, advise, and guide staff in complex care situations and are the contact person for professional questions in the nursing context.
• You actively participate in managing, designing, and documenting the care process according to interRAI LTCF criteria. If interested, you take on the interRAI responsibility for the residential group.
• You contribute your nursing expertise to the further development of standards, processes, and services.

• Qualification as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent training.
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage.
• Enjoyment in supporting people with disabilities.
• Appreciative, resource-oriented attitude and high social competence.
• Independent working style, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
• Enjoyment in shaping and participating in change and development processes.
• Experience with InterRAI LTCF is an advantage or willingness to complete relevant specialist courses.
