Nursing Specialist FH/HF Residential Care IV 50 - 100%
YOUR TASKS- You ensure professional, individual, and resource-oriented care and support of the residents and regularly take on shift responsibility.
- You conduct nursing assessments, plan and evaluate care processes, and document them professionally.
- You recognise changes in health status early and initiate appropriate measures.
- You share responsibility for medical rounds, medication management, and the implementation of complex medical and medical-technical measures.
- You take on key worker duties and collaborate with relatives, legal representatives, and specialist agencies.
- You support, advise, and guide staff in complex care situations and are the contact person for professional questions in the nursing context.
- You actively participate in managing, designing, and documenting the care process according to interRAI LTCF criteria. If interested, you take on the interRAI responsibility for the residential group.
- You contribute your nursing expertise to the further development of standards, processes, and services.
YOUR PROFILE
- Qualification as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent training.
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage.
- Enjoyment in supporting people with disabilities.
- Appreciative, resource-oriented attitude and high social competence.
- Independent working style, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
- Enjoyment in shaping and participating in change and development processes.
- Experience with InterRAI LTCF is an advantage or willingness to complete relevant specialist courses.
