Nursing Specialist FH/HF Residential Care IV

• You care for and support our residents individually and resource-oriented
• You manage care processes – from assessment and planning to evaluation and documentation
• You accompany medical rounds, participate in medication management, and carry out complex medical and medical-technical measures
• You take on key worker responsibilities and collaborate with relatives, legal representatives, and specialist agencies
• You assume responsibility and support and advise colleagues in challenging care situations
• Interested in interRAI LTCF? If so, you will take on the interRAI responsibility for the residential group. We support you in further training.

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification
• Enjoyment in working with people with disabilities
• Independence, responsibility, team spirit, and a resource-oriented attitude
• Experience in long-term care? A plus, not a must.

• No night shifts
• Duty roster planned 3 months in advance
