The Social Counseling and Services section of the Social Services Department is looking for a
Clerk Subsidies Family and School-Complementary Day Structures FuSTA (80%) starting July 1, 2026
Your main tasks
- You advise and support guardians in the area of subsidizing family and school-complementary childcare.
- You process and review subsidy applications based on legal foundations and participate in the disbursement of support contributions.
- In cooperation with internal and external specialist offices, you ensure a smooth subsidy process.
- You clarify inquiries and handle complaints related to subsidy decisions.
- You contribute your own ideas and input for high professionalism and help develop the subsidy process further.
What you bring
- Commercial or equivalent training
- Professional knowledge in subsidy processing is an advantage
- Administrative and organizational skills as well as good IT knowledge
- Initiative, structured, networked, and independent working style
