You as Senior Business Analyst for E-Government Projects

As a Senior Consultant in the field of Business Analysis, you bring challenging E-Government customer projects to success! For this, you support our customers with methodological and professional know-how in creating comprehensive requirement specifications. You translate complex expectations into feasible implementation structures. With your analytical perspective and solution-oriented approach, you also convince the team. Together, you skillfully bring demanding customer projects to the finish line. And from there to the next level.

Your tasks and projects

• Business analysis at the interface of business processes, organizational structures, architectural guidelines, and software solutions in innovative E-Government projects for our customers in public administration
• Developing holistic solution concepts and models together with your team
• Gathering, developing, reviewing, and documenting customer requirements
• Translating customer requirements into user stories, supporting the Product Owner in managing and maintaining the backlog
• Accompanying the individual, tailored software development in close alignment with customer interests
• Contributing to the professional development of our E-Government consulting team

Your strengths

• Enjoy shaping the digitalization of public administration and society with the help of modern software solutions
• University degree BSc or MSc in (business) informatics, similar courses of study, or comparable training
• Practical professional experience in business analysis in software projects and the use of various methods and notations (e.g., SAFe, HERMES, BPMN, UML)
• Curiosity and creativity for alternative, innovative solutions
• Independent, quick comprehension, and analytical-conceptual skills
• Several years of experience in E-Government projects
• Know-how in project management, PMO is an advantage
• Very good German skills, English or French skills are an advantage
