Tasks

• You operationally lead the department according to business management principles and implement the defined company and market performance processes
• You promote and develop employees, including the implementation of staff and holiday planning as well as horizontal promotion (TOJ)
• You ensure compliance with internal and legal QS and ASIB guidelines as well as the implementation of internal regulations and instructions
• You maintain the flow of information and communication within the department, the market and with MCM
• You build a network of relationships with our customers
• You are responsible for daily sales readiness and product presentation, the execution of sales activities according to the annual sales plan and ensuring product availability

Requirements

• You already have leadership experience and bring several years of experience in a comparable role
• You enjoy active customer contact
• You are proficient with the MS Office suite
• You are enthusiastic about new challenges
• You speak flawless German
• It is advantageous if you already have forklift and/or tow tractor training (SUVA standard)
