To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Deputy Project Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

YOUR TASKS

• You lead projects in the technical SAP environment to develop customised solutions as part of the transformation of our systems to S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Services
• You manage, optimise, and monitor our SAP application landscape and SAP business processes and ensure smooth integration into the corresponding surrounding systems.
• Within these tasks, you also manage and coordinate the activities of external and internal service providers
• With your technical expertise and methodological competence, you are significantly involved in the conversion of existing IT infrastructures as well as the technical implementation of data structures – both in the context of migrating our HCM systems to H4/S4 and Cloud, and in building overarching, global IT structures
• You design customised solutions as part of the professional and technological transformation with the introduction of S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Services and advise our internal corporate partners up to management level as a recognised SAP expert with regard to uniform design guidelines and user experience
• You actively participate in the continuous shift of our integration architecture to the SAP BTP

YOUR PROFILE

• You have several years of experience as an SAP Operations Manager or SAP Basis Manager with know-how in SAP HCM or SAP H4S4 as well as integration with surrounding systems.
• You have good technical architecture knowledge of the heterogeneous SAP world: S/4HANA, Fiori and their hybrid application scenarios as well as initial experience with BTP/CPI. Ideally also experience in technical and professional monitoring in SAP Solution Manager.
• Experience in agile project management of global innovation, migration, and rollout projects is helpful
• You are characterised by above-average commitment, a systematic and analytical working style, as well as a quick grasp of complex tasks and like to look beyond your own horizon
• You are a service-oriented team player who is not afraid to use your English skills in spoken and written form
• You present yourself confidently and combine decisiveness with a strong solution orientation
