Construction Foreman m/f/d

Your field of activity

• Independent supervision of the construction site from surveying to completion
• Planning, optimizing and organizing the construction process
• Creating personnel and work reports and procuring the necessary construction site materials
• Compliance with and implementation of occupational safety regulations as well as carrying out necessary corrective measures
• Leadership and supervision of the assigned construction site personnel

How you score

• Completed training in main or secondary construction trades as well as further training to foreman/leading hand with several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Performance-oriented and business-minded thinking
• Enjoyment in direct contact with customers and business partners on site as well as motivating employees
• Communicative, team-oriented and strong leadership personality
