OnlineDoctor is the leading provider in the field of digital dermatology and offers quick help with skin problems. As a long-standing partner of dermatology practices in Switzerland and Germany, we build digital medical products that allow practices to care for their patients digitally as well. We are currently growing rapidly and are therefore looking for reinforcement!
We want to further expand cooperation with dermatology practices and take our partnerships to the next level. For this, we are looking for a Key Account & Sales Manager for Switzerland. If you want to help shape the healthcare market in Switzerland with us and drive cooperation with the medical network as a key figure, we look forward to your application!
What awaits you:
With your passion for technology and innovative products at the interface with dermatology practices, you will further develop our sales and marketing activities. You proactively expand our market shares among doctors, maintain close relationships with existing and new customers in the field of dermatology, and expand partnerships.
- You are the central contact person for our key practices in Switzerland and are responsible for their expansion, support, and further development.
- You continuously analyze the needs of our medical partners, derive recommendations for action, and thus ensure successful cooperation.
- You are the interface to the marketing, product, and customer service teams when it comes to optimally implementing cross-functional projects in the interest of our medical network in Switzerland.
- You collect customer feedback to improve products and services and forward it to our product team.
- Through various activities such as participating in trade fairs, digital projects, and cross-functional measures, you inspire new medical practices to collaborate with OnlineDoctor.
- You conduct market analyses to identify trends and competitive information.
Your profile:
- A completed degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or healthcare.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Swiss healthcare sector.
- A strong understanding of medical work and the ability to capture and implement customer-specific requirements.
- Communication and negotiation skills in German and English; French and Italian as well as other languages are a plus.
