As Senior Sales Manager & Teamlead Romandie, you are the driving force behind our sales success in Western Switzerland. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, build strategic partnerships, and lead a small, well-coordinated team. Your work directly contributes to the growth of our company and ensures our customers long-term excellent service and added value.
About the job
- Sales Power: Responsibility for CHF 1.5 million in revenue – from lead sourcing to closing
- Key Accounts: Managing top customers & building sustainable relationships
- Leadership: Leading the Marly branch with 3 employees (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
- Strategy & Growth: Developing acquisition and market strategies, close collaboration with internal and external strategically important partners
- Finance & Reporting: Budget planning, KPIs, forecasts – you have the numbers under control
- Marketing Collaboration: Close coordination with internal and external marketing teams for lead performance and growth
About the job
You
- Experience and Expertise: 5–7 years of experience in sales/business development, at least 3 years with leadership responsibility
- Education and Training: Advanced professional training in the commercial field or a degree in business administration or a similar field
- Sales Power: Strong in closing, pipeline management & key account management
- Leadership: Experience in building and leading teams (including goal setting & employee development)
- Business Sense: Entrepreneurial personality, hands-on, ambitious, communicative
- Language and Industry Knowledge: Fluent in German & French (C1+), good English skills, and initial experience in SaaS/tech/telco sectors are an advantage.
