Building Technician / Technical Concierge (a)

As part of a new assignment in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a: Technical Concierge

Your tasks:

- Daily management and ensuring the proper functioning of the building
- Main contact point for occupants, service providers, and managers
- Regular inspections of the facilities
- Routine maintenance and occasional restoration of the facilities
- Management of secondary waste disposal
- Monitoring the technical operation of the building
- Maintenance of green spaces and the site exterior

Your profile:

- Federal VET Diploma as an operations agent in the building sector or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in Facility Management
- Good experience in administrative and technical management of small construction sites
- Proficiency in French, English is an asset
- Good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Service-oriented

You have a dynamic personality, are comfortable with technical aspects and interior and exterior building maintenance. This varied and independent role encompasses a wide range of activities.
