Your role
Within the production team, you will initially report to the production manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical and electronic parts.
- Inspect and test manufactured products and incoming goods.
- Follow manufacturing and inspection steps in the ERP system.
- Work in accordance with internal documentation.
- Ensure complete traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
- Report unexpected events and findings, and promote flight safety.
- Perform final product inspection.
- Comply with internal safety guidelines.
- Participate in scaling up and growing production activities (e.g., collaborative drafting of technical instructions).
Your profile
- Experience in a regulated environment (aeronautics, automotive, medical...)
- Training in mechanics or electronics; a combination of both is an asset
- Comfortable with adhering to internal procedures while remaining open to change and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of electricity/wiring is an asset
- Familiarity with machine-related, process or maintenance environments is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt priorities as needed
- Sincere interest in the innovative field of electric aviation
- Availability to occasionally work at another company site if necessary
- Good level of French; proficiency in English is an asset.
