Your role

Within the production team, you will initially report to the production manager.
 

Main responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electronic parts.
• Inspect and test manufactured products and incoming goods.
• Follow manufacturing and inspection steps in the ERP system.
• Work in accordance with internal documentation.
• Ensure complete traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
• Report unexpected events and findings, and promote flight safety.
• Perform final product inspection.
• Comply with internal safety guidelines.
• Participate in scaling up and growing production activities (e.g., collaborative drafting of technical instructions).

Your profile

• Experience in a regulated environment (aeronautics, automotive, medical...)
• Training in mechanics or electronics; a combination of both is an asset
• Comfortable with adhering to internal procedures while remaining open to change and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of electricity/wiring is an asset
• Familiarity with machine-related, process or maintenance environments is an asset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt priorities as needed
• Sincere interest in the innovative field of electric aviation
• Availability to occasionally work at another company site if necessary
• Good level of French; proficiency in English is an asset.
