Your Tasks
- You coordinate and prepare consultations.
- You process external and internal referrals.
- You edit and send operation, consultation, and discharge reports.
- You handle internal and external phone calls.
- You process inquiries from insurance companies and IV offices.
- You plan and record operations in the hospital system.
- During vacation absences, you take over the deputy role together with a colleague and flexibly increase your workload to at least 80% during this time.
Your Profile
- You have completed commercial or medical training with further education as a medical secretary.
- You have good medical knowledge.
- You have a confident command of German in spoken and written form as well as good MS Office skills.
- You enjoy working in a small team and perform your tasks independently, reliably, and efficiently.
- To ensure the best possible onboarding, a workload of at least 80% is required in the first three months.
