Your Tasks

You are responsible for professional and individual care as well as support for our residents
You recognize emergency situations early and manage them confidently together with the house manager
In daily care, you actively participate – always oriented towards the kinesthetic approach – and engage in the support and training of our trainees
You take on the daily responsibility of the department during the morning or evening shift
You independently, carefully, and comprehensively maintain the electronic care documentation
You conduct RAI assessments professionally and derive nursing measures from them

What You Bring

Training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification
Professional experience in the inpatient long-term care sector is an advantage
Enjoyment in empathetic interaction with experienced, older people
Good oral and written German skills
You are an organizational talent with the ambition to design everyday care efficiently and proactively
