Amcor Flexibles Rorschach AG is a company of Amcor Limited, one of the world's largest suppliers of responsible packaging solutions. With around 300 employees, we refine aluminum foils and other materials into recyclable packaging materials. We are looking for a Colorist Printing Inks (m/f/d) to start immediately or by agreement.

This is what you can expect from us

• Mixing of printing inks including solvents for the production facilities
• Creation of color samples with laboratory sheet-fed gravure printing machine (Labratester)
• Operating the dosing system (Tecos Bruhin)
• Quality control of the prepared printing inks
• Color assessment using light booth and X-Rite spectrophotometer
• Ensuring timely and correct preparation of all necessary printing inks
• Creation of initial recipes for new products according to customer specifications (sampling)
• Optimization of existing color recipes
• Management and control of inventories

We look forward to seeing you if you bring the following

• Completed technical vocational training (ideally printing technologist or painter) and/or professional experience in a printing company
• Knowledge of colors and color space, good color vision
• Knowledge of color measurement systems and recipe software is desirable
• Initiative, independent and structured working style
• Communicative and team-oriented personality, open to innovations
• PC user experience (MS Office)
• Forklift license is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good language skills in German
