Construction Manager (m/f)

What you will do with us:

• Independent planning and execution of your construction projects
• Technical management of your construction sites
• Professional AVOR for optimal organisation of construction processes
• Responsible for compliance with costs, deadlines and quality of your projects
• Quantity surveying, cost control and billing of your construction sites
• Preparation of quotations and supplementary offers
• Negotiations with suppliers, clients and architects
• Responsible for compliance with safety regulations on your construction sites

You fit with us if you…

• have completed training, preferably as a certified construction manager or equivalent
• have already gained several years of experience and solid expertise in demolition, earthworks and civil engineering
• count solution-oriented thinking and acting among your strengths
• demonstrate an analytical and structured approach
• are a assertive, quality-oriented and reliable personality
• appreciate working in a collegial and family-like company atmosphere
