To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced caretaker / facility management employee who is responsible for smooth administration and maintenance.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the maintenance and servicing of buildings and systems of our clients
• Outdoor work / gardening
• Coordination and supervision of external service providers and craftsmen
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Processing repair requests and fault reports
• Optimising building operation processes

Your Profile

• Training in caretaking / facility management, building technology or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience
• Technical understanding and knowledge in building technology / use of gardening equipment
• Organisational talent and strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and standards
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
