We are looking for a Activation Specialist HF
immediately or by arrangement
(Workload 60%-100%)

Your responsibilities include
- Planning and conducting resource-oriented group and individual activities in various activating areas
- Designing varied offers such as wellness, creative studio, cooking and theme groups
- Planning and conducting excursions and events for our residents
- 2-3 weekend shifts per year.
- Interdisciplinary exchange
- Collaboration with the activation team and the various departments of SONNHALDE
Your profile
- Training as an Activation Specialist HF
- Experience working with people with mental health impairments
- Empathy, teamwork and enjoyment in working with people
- Creative flair and inventiveness
- Flexibility, resilience and organisational skills
- Independent working style
- Experience with electronic patient documentation (Care Coach) is an advantage.
