SONNHALDE in Grüningen is an innovative care and support center with a focus on psychiatry in long-term care. We belong to Peter di Gallo AG and offer around 300 beds across 14 wards, cared for by 320 employees.
As an Activation Specialist HF with us, you not only design therapy offers – you shape the quality of life of the residents.
Starting March 1, 2026, we are looking for an
experienced Activation Specialist HF
(workload 80%-100%)

Your tasks include:
- Planning and conducting resource-oriented group activities in various activating areas
- Leading group & individual therapies (e.g., music, movement, studio, theme group)
- Practical training of ATHF students
- Planning and conducting excursions & events for residents
- 2-3 shifts per year on weekends
You bring with you:
- Training as an Activation Specialist HF
- Experience working with mentally impaired people
- SVEB 1 or willingness to complete it
- Empathy, teamwork skills
- Creative flair & resourcefulness
- Flexibility, resilience, and organizational skills
- Independent working style
- Experience with electronic patient documentation (Care Coach) is an advantage
