The Wellenberg Residential and Care Centre in Felben-Wellhausen offers a familial home to 44 residents. The facility includes a residential area for general care and support as well as a care group for people with dementia and psychological impairments. For independent living in old age, there are 21 retirement apartments located nearby.

The Wellenberg Residential and Care Centre is part of Bethesda Retirement Centres AG, a network organisation of various retirement centres in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, rooted in an open Christian value culture.

Head of Housekeeping / Domestic Services (80%)

• Management of the housekeeping/domestic services team
• Ensuring appropriate, safe, efficient and economically functioning workflows in housekeeping and domestic services
• Ensuring economically responsible procurement, storage and use of materials
• Guaranteeing health protection according to hygiene regulations as well as compliance with quality standards

• Completed training in housekeeping or domestic services
• Experience in facility management is an advantage
• Completed further training in team leadership and initial leadership experience desirable
• High level of social competence, teamwork skills and flexibility
• Warm, positive basic attitude
• Solution-oriented, flexible and enthusiastic about making a difference
