To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager Heating (Heat/Cooling) / HVAC 100% starting immediately or by arrangement.

In this versatile and responsible position, you are responsible for the smooth operational process as well as the planning, design, and implementation of technical projects in the HVAC sector. You accompany customer enquiries from order entry to successful project completion and ensure an economical and quality-conscious implementation.

Your main tasks:

• Responsibility for the planning, design, and implementation of technical projects in the HVAC sector (heating, heat, cooling)
• Independent processing and handling of customer enquiries and orders from order entry to project completion
• Supervision of installation work and repairs on all building technology systems
• Conducting on-site surveys, attending construction meetings, and acceptance of installations
• Active exchange and coordination with architects, clients, planners, and suppliers
• Coordination of all involved trades including subcontractors
• Preparation of calculations, material lists, tenders, and revision documents
• Maintenance of master data in the ERP ABACUS as well as general administrative tasks and correspondence via MS Outlook
• Economical use of the resources and finances provided
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety guidelines (SUVA / EKAS)
• Invoicing according to project status

Your profile:

You are an independent, goal-oriented, and resilient personality with a strong customer focus and enthusiasm for technical building equipment. In addition, you bring the following qualifications:

• Completed basic training as a heating installer EFZ or building technology planner heating
• At least 2 years of practical professional experience in a comparable role or in project management
• Confident handling of MS Office (Outlook) and ideally ERP systems (ABACUS)
• A goal-oriented, independent, and conscientious working style with high commitment and sense of responsibility
• Strong customer orientation, high communication skills, and very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Neat and clean appearance when dealing with customers, partners, and authorities
