As part of the development of our activity, we are looking for a Construction Economist to complete our Technical Design Office team and take on new real estate challenges together!
Your mission? To be responsible for the overall cost and compliance of the study with all the client file documents and the study planning.
More concretely, your tasks will be as follows:
Manage and coordinate internal specialists for projects in AO
Manage and coordinate external specialists for projects requiring it with the Commercial Manager of the project in Design – Build/Development
Organize study process sessions: launch and technical closure
Write the minutes of these sessions
Prepare all necessary documents for commercial closures
Verify the completeness of the tender file and inform the commercial department in a timely manner
Define needs and resources to achieve a reliable output in coordination with the Head of the Design Office
Identify key issues of the file
In Total Enterprise, ensure the compliance of concepts with current regulations relying on internal Specialists and/or contractors
In Design – Build and Development, develop concepts according to current regulations relying on internal Specialists and/or contractors
Identify and quantify the potential savings achievable on the project by systematically suggesting optimizations and variants
Manage interfaces between the different CFCs
Establish the project's technical documentation and technical documents for offers as requested by the MO
Establish the work schedule
Participate in commercial closures and negotiation meetings
Conduct regulatory monitoring
Participate in the development and maintenance of a price database
Visit company construction sites and establish a link with the work teams
Work in collaboration with the commercial department on project follow-up and offer preparation
Participate in projects with specialists: preparation of launches and technical closures, verification of measurements, management and coordination of internal specialists, conducting consultations and cost estimates, verification of deadlines according to the workload schedule
As an Economist, manage projects independently: perform TCE measurements, TCE consultations, cost estimates, technical closure and support the commercial department for offer preparation
