How you can make an impact
You will be:
- involved in providing auditing and assurance services to our portfolio of international and local banking clients
- responsible for the execution of the financial and regulatory audits, leading audit teams during the fieldwork at clients and managing and coaching junior team members
- working on complex financial areas of the clients' balance sheets, income statements, including goodwill, loan loss provisioning on credit portfolio, financial investments portfolio incl. complex and non-standard investments and taxes
- working on regulatory areas such as anti-money laundering, internal organisation, client and market conduct, risk management, solvency, consolidated supervision, etc.
- supporting and ensuring the continued training and development of the audit team
Who we are looking for
You:
- are a Swiss Certified Public Accountant (Swiss CPA) or a Federal Audit Oversight Authority (FAOA) registered auditor with equivalent foreign qualification, or you have started your curriculum to become one
- have +4 years' experience in auditing, ideally at one of the Big 4, and have working knowledge of Swiss accounting principles and FINMA regulatory requirements for banks
- communicate confidently in French and English. Any further languages would be an advantage
- work independently and are motivated by new challenges. You are driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and like taking on responsibility
- enjoy working as part of a team. Building and cultivating customer relationships comes easily to you
