We are an established, internationally operating project forwarding company - specialising in complex transport and logistics solutions worldwide. Our Swiss location is growing, and we are looking for you, someone who not only works but thinks along, shapes along and wins along.

Your tasks

• Independent planning, coordination and handling of complex project and heavy cargo transports by land, sea and air
• Central interface between customers, carriers, crane and transport companies as well as international partners and authorities
• Organisation of special permits as well as handling of ARV and customs matters
• Monitoring of transport processes, calculation of freight costs and ensuring timely invoicing
• Active shaping of operational processes at the Swiss location
• Quick and solution-oriented action when it matters in ongoing operations

Your profile

• Solid training in forwarding or logistics, for example as a forwarding agent or logistics specialist EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in project or heavy cargo forwarding
• Familiar with special transports and the Swiss permit system
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Clear communication and confident handling of demanding situations
• Business fluent German and solid English; other languages are welcome
• Above all: genuine passion for logistics
