- BRACK.CH Business offers corporate customers a unique range of office supplies and infrastructure, from IT and multimedia devices to office articles and deliciously fragrant coffee breaks, all on a modern procurement platform (business.brack.ch) with many other B2B features
- After a careful "on the job" introduction on site, you will take care of the customers assigned to you, mainly SMEs in the greater Zurich area
- This includes exploiting customer potential, cross-selling activities as well as active customer acquisition and reactivation
- The support and advice of the sales area assigned to you takes place by phone, e-mail, video calls and occasional personal visits (field service share approx. 20%)
- Thanks to your professional advice, you develop existing customers and inspire them with needs-based offers and competent clarifications for technical inquiries, delivery dates and projects
- Entry into a team that enjoys an excellent reputation in the market and offers you development opportunities for a sales career
What you bring with you
- You have successfully completed vocational training in retail, commercial or IT
- Your know-how in IT infrastructure and your interest in office supplies help you to competently and purposefully advise your future customers
- Do you have experience in sales and customer support for business customers?
- Putting on the headset, advising and winning customers, selling according to needs or creating a complex offer is simply fun for you
- You communicate confidently in German and English, both orally and in writing
- Further training in sales and/or marketing at the specialist certificate level is a great advantage
- You describe yourself as a motivated, assertive and cheerful personality who appreciates an open and uncomplicated working environment
