Internship in Personal Consulting with prospect of permanent employmentThe internship lasts twelve months and offers you the opportunity to join us as a personnel consultant afterwards and continue your career in personnel services.
Your tasks
The role of a personnel consultant is characterised by its versatility and daily contact with people. You will look after our existing clients from the building technology and industry sectors while actively building new business relationships. Client care and acquisition take place both by telephone and in personal meetings on site.
Your contacts are primarily project managers and personnel managers, whose needs you understand and successfully cover with suitable personnel solutions. To do this, you build a network of qualified specialists and bring the right talents together with the appropriate companies.
Your responsibilities also include recruiting suitable candidates: you review application documents, conduct interviews and accompany the entire placement process until the successful filling of temporary or permanent positions.
Your profile
You are a young, motivated and communicative person who wants to complete a professional internship or has already completed training and is looking to enter the exciting world of personnel consulting.
Additionally, you bring the following qualities and qualifications:
- Commercial basic training in Switzerland is mandatory
- The position is also ideal as an internship as part of commercial basic training or as an internship year after business school with the aim of gaining valuable practical experience in human resources
- Native Swiss German speaker
- Strong sales flair and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Strong communication skills, confident appearance and a high service orientation
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative
- Category B driving licence
